Counting Money and Giving Change
I am learning to recognise the value of NZ coins to add, total and give change.
It was a little bit tricky for the last one. After I thought about it I could do it. I learned to work out the difference.
Well done Celeste. Remember to think the problem through and take your time. It will be easier for you to go shopping and know how much change you should get. Mrs T 16.11.16

Predicting, Inferring and Exploring Vocabulary
I am learning to predict, make inferences and explore vocabulary
I found it hard to answer some of the questions. I can read everything very easily but I had to go back to find some answers. Next time, I need to share ideas with others in my group to help me. Celeste 16.11.16
This was a tricky task to challenge you and your understanding of what you read. Next time, I agree you can learn lots from talking about your shared understandings rather than rushing to answer straight away.
